Content ownership and permissions

Users are responsible for having the rights to lyrics, audio, voices and other material they upload. Voice cloning or reference use without permission is prohibited.

Plans and licenses

Free is streaming-only, Basic is personal use, and Pro/Creator include broader publishing rights as described on the Usage Rights page, subject to the connected model licenses.

Fair use

Generation services may apply reasonable technical and abuse-prevention limits even where downloads are unlimited.
